Membership

Becoming a PHYSICS customer is free. We keep a record of your name, phone number, and email so we can identify you, apply any discount you qualify for, and keep a record of agreements you have signed.

SMS Terms

PHYSICS, LLC sends a one-time verification code by text message when you sign a service agreement with us. You request that code yourself by tapping a button on the signing screen, after staff have explained it to you and you have agreed.

We send only that one code, to the phone number already on your customer record. The code expires after ten minutes.

We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring text messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies and depends on how often you sign an agreement with us.

For help, reply HELP to any message from us or ask staff at the store. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Services

Our 3D printing and makerspace services have their own terms, which you review and sign at the store before we do any work for you. Those terms cover what we print, what we do not guarantee, payment, deposits, pickup, and how disputes are handled.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you use our services is the one that applies.
