What we collect

When you register as a customer at PHYSICS, we collect your name, phone number, and email address. If you use our 3D printing or makerspace services, we also keep a record of the agreements you have signed, any discounts you hold, and the equipment you are approved to use.

How we use it

We use your information to identify you at the counter, to keep a record of the agreements you have signed, to apply any discount you qualify for, and to contact you about work you have ordered from us.

SMS messages

We send a one-time verification code by text message when you sign a service agreement. You request that code yourself, and it is sent only to the phone number on your customer record. The code is used once and expires after ten minutes.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only where necessary to operate the store — for example with our payment processor when you make a purchase, or our messaging provider when we send you a verification code.

Files you give us

If you bring us a design file to print, we keep it only as long as needed to complete the job and handle any reprint. We do not sell your designs, share them, or print them for anyone else. If you want your file deleted after pickup, tell us and we will do it.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by speaking to staff at the store or contacting us at the address below.
