You have 14 days from purchase. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. Bring your receipt, or we can look up a card purchase. Cash purchases without a receipt cannot be returned.
STEM store items
Kits, toys, books, and science gear. 14 days, unopened. Opened items are not returnable, but if something is defective we will exchange it for the same item.
3D printer filament
Unopened spools: 14 days. Opened or partially used: final sale. Filament absorbs moisture once opened and cannot be resold.
3D printers and accessories
Unopened: 14 days. Opened or used: covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will help you file the claim.
Trading cards and sealed product
All sales final. No returns or exchanges on any trading card product. This is standard across the hobby and protects every customer from tampering.
Custom 3D prints and print services
Failed or poor-quality prints are reprinted free, or refunded if you prefer. You never pay for a failed print. Prints that came out as specified are final sale.
Clearance and final-sale items
Marked at the register and on your receipt. No returns.
Refunds go back to the original payment method.
