PHYSICS is open on Main Street in downtown Moorefield — a retail floor, a classroom and, from October, the community maker space, all under one roof at 106 N. Main. That mix is the whole point: people don't stop in for thirty seconds and leave. They come to shop, to build something, to drop a kid at a class, to get a part made.
Your logo sits on a fixture in that room — not a slot in a rotation. The same panel, door or table, every visit, for the length of your term.
Buy a placement inside the building. Choose the fixture and the term, and your logo goes on it.
STEMpact WV is a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit running youth STREAM programs alongside us. If you would rather give to the programs than buy advertising, this is the door.
Two different transactions, two different organisations. A sponsorship is an advertising purchase from PHYSICS, LLC — not a donation, and not a gift to STEMpact WV. Your accountant can tell you how each is treated.
Sponsorship money goes into the floor — the equipment that gives people a reason to be in the building in the first place. Here is what it is, and who is standing in front of it.

Three terms for every placement, each shown where it actually goes in the building. Pick the fixture that fits your budget and how long you want to hold it.
Rates are per placement for the full term. We confirm what's open in your preferred area of the building when we reply — ask and we'll tell you what's available right now.
A placement is the fixture — and it is not the only thing you get.
Sponsoring does not lock competitors out of the building. Placements go first-come by slot — when a slot is taken, it's taken.
Founding placements are the first ones in the building — the businesses on our panels, doors and tables from the day we open. A founding placement runs for the life of that placement at 106 N. Main St, capped at 15 years. It ends early only if PHYSICS relocates or closes — and if that happens, the sponsor keeps the item.
PHYSICS covers the initial production of your placement. If you want it redesigned partway through a term — new logo, new look — you pay our cost to redo it, with no markup.
Three-year terms renew at the then-current rate. You get right of first refusal on your slot, and we'll come to you 60 days before the term ends so the decision isn't a surprise.
